Return and Refund Policy
Note that we do not provide any refunds under any circumstances.

As for returns, it is based on the following cases:

In the case a product is damaged upon delivery:

  • The damaged product needs to be reported on the day of the delivery by contacting us through the contacts available on our website www.fitely.com
  • The damaged product needs to be reported on the day of the delivery by contacting us through the contacts available on our website www.fitely.com
  • After the damage is reported, we might ask you to send pictures of the damage.
  • After that we will provide you with the same product but undamaged as soon as possible in exchange for the damaged product you have.
  • In the case, the same product is out of stock, we will provide you with another product of your choice that has the same price range. However you must choose this product within 24 hours.
  • In the case the product wasn't what you expected (different fit than expected, size, color...etc.), it is investigated on a case by case basis. As we provide an accurate representation of the products on our platform. However, if you face this problem then please do inform us on the same day of the delivery by contacting us through the contact available on our website www.fitely.com
