The two most important reasons why you’re not losing weight

Are you going above and beyond in your weight loss journey and still can’t see any results? Well, it’s happened to the best of us and what not that many people tell you is that “It’s fine!”
There’s always something wrong in our diet equation, and there are two often ignored factors that affect the numbers to move, and what you need to understand is that they are both manageable and that it’s just a matter of awareness
Your aqua intake:
One of the most crucial steps to shed pounds is drinking a lot of water, everybody knows it and every dietician advises you so. However, you might be drinking liters on liters of water but the question is whether you’re doing it the right way; yes there is right or wrong in drinking water too. We’ve all done that thing where we know we need at least 2 liters of water per day, so we drink about 1.5 of them all at once when the day is about to end. Why is that wrong? Because it is going straight to the bathroom! Your bladder can only take a maximum of 2 cups of water, and when you try to give it more, you’ll need to use the bathroom. Water is supposed to support your weight loss by washing off the fat and it needs to take its time doing that. It is recommended to drink one cup of water (250 ml) every hour, that way you will allow the water to enter your bloodstream comfortably and get rid of the excess fat in your body.
Sleep and stress
It is inevitable that you need to get at least 7-8 hours of beauty sleep per night, but even if you are, it could very well be possible that you're getting the recommended quantity but not necessarily the quality of sleep, and that is due to stress. When you’re under a lot of pressure and stressing about your weight, you are sabotaging the potential fat burn that your body can do on its own with your subconscious mind that is awake at night will tire your body with all the thinking; and the more your mind thinks that your weight loss plan is just not working, your body often listens to your mind and will believe that. Your body needs to be in full rest mode during those hours, so close all the tabs up there and give it that chance!
Instead of stressing about the extra five grams of chicken you’re eating, or that bite of cake you were too tempted to munch on - these are not the factors why the numbers on the scale are not working in your favor; it is actually the two basic aspects of living NOT dieting that you’re doing wrong! Make sure before you go to bed to let go of all the stress of the day and affirm your mind with positivity so that it and your body get the rest they need, and drink your water more naturally and reasonably so you get the full benefits.
